APPLICATION FOR CORRECTION OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT: NASSAU COUNTY

I, as petitioner and owner of the property listed designate/authorize United Tax Reduction, Inc., to act as my sole representative, for the 2026/27 tax year (filing in the calendar year of 2025) to file any petition, action and/or proceeding relating to an unequal and or excessive property tax assessment, to act as my representative in any and all proceedings, attend a settlement conference and a court hearing if necessary.

If successful, I agree to pay a fee of 40% of the total savings for the 2026/27 tax year only, payable within 60 days of receipt of the official notification of the reduction or the fee will increase to 50% and I must notify United Tax Reduction Inc., if I sell or move out of the subject home so we can transfer the case to the new buyer. A court imposed filing fee (currently $30) applies should an appeal be filed.


The undersigned CERTIFIES that they are an aggrieved party within the meaning of the Real Property Tax Law hereby authorizes the below representative to file with the Nassau County Assessment Review Commission.
